In export trade, product price is only one part of the transaction. Inspection, packing, customs, shipping, and import-country compliance must also be considered.
Service availability is reviewed by product category, supplier conditions, export regulations, import-country permits, sales channel, and long-term business suitability.
How can we start cooperation? +
Please submit company information and procurement requirements through the trade application form. After review, our team will contact you regarding trade conditions and availability of service.
When can service not be provided? +
We cannot support retail purchases for individual consumers, unlawful goods or transactions, transactions where company qualification or usage cannot be confirmed, requests for irregular channels or false declarations, goods restricted by suppliers, or conditions unsuitable for long-term wholesale cooperation.
What is the difference between stock items and future-arrival items? +
Stock items may be shipped relatively quickly when conditions match. Future-arrival or sourced items depend on supplier inventory and lead time, so price, quantity, and delivery schedule may change.
How do shipping and payment work? +
A deposit is paid when the order is confirmed. After the goods arrive and are checked, the balance is paid, then packing and shipment are arranged according to the agreed method.
Do you sell to individual consumers? +
No. NAKAJIMA SYOUJI CO., LTD mainly works with overseas wholesalers, distributors, and trading companies.
How long is a quotation valid? +
Validity depends on products, stock, exchange rates, and supplier conditions. Final confirmed price and stock conditions take priority.
What about special offer items? +
Special offer items are limited in quantity and end once sold out. Price and stock change quickly. Some items may not be returnable, exchangeable, or cancelable, and long-term stable supply is not guaranteed.
